💳 Ordering & Policies
Deposits: $50 non-refundable deposit holds dragon for 7 days.
Payment: Credit Cards, PayPal, Zelle. Full payment required before shipping.
Cancellations: >72 hrs before ship date = full refund (minus deposit). <72 hrs = store credit.

2025 Shipping Rates
Fedex & UPS raised their rates another 8% this year! We are applying absolutely no increase and still going beyond what most reptile companies offer using the highest end insulated boxes, heat packing (winter) or cool packing (summer) and even expensive tech cryo-paks when necessary and available. IMPORTANT: If you live in a rural area Fedex & UPS tacks on rural delivery fees and we reserve the right to contact you and give you options for shipping to your nearest Fedex or UPS Center or paying the additional rural delivery costs.
Live animal orders – $47.95 Fedex & UPS Overnight Priority Delivery + $12 Box & Packaging Fees (2024 $3 Total Increase)
Frozen Feeders – $39.95 Flat Rate (up to 100% fill of the box)

Orders placed Monday through Thursday by 1 PM EST ship the same day via NEXT DAY AIR.

- Some states and about 1% of our animals for sale require a health certificate before we can ship your pet.
If this is the case for your order we will contact you for the $31.00 fee and schedule the vet appointment.
Currently, these states are; DE, GA, ID, OH, VA, WA, WI, WV, MT, UT, MO, MI & IL but again most live animals won’t need this. - Most of our live animals ship from the breeding facility in the Florida via Fedex Priority Overnight Delivery.
- Temperature Requirements: Guarantees & Warranties apply for reptiles & amphibians shipping to locations where night temperatures are listed to be 40 or above and daytime temperatures below 80 degrees.
- Live insects, frozen feeders and live animal orders always have separate shipping charges.
- Live animal orders cannot be canceled once processed.
- Buyer is responsible for following all Local, State or Federal Laws.
- Live animals cannot be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or outside the US.

Vet Costs: Health Guarantee covers up to dragon’s purchase price. Ongoing care is owner’s responsibility.
Euthanasia Policy: We must be notified before any humane euthanasia for guarantee coverage.
